Dear Queensview Medical,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my son, Zayd Khan's, appointment on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, at 10:35 am. While the appointment itself was satisfactory, I am disappointed to report that Zayd was not seen until approximately 40 minutes past his scheduled time.
This delay caused him to miss his school lunch break. It would have been greatly appreciated if the surgery had been able to communicate the running late status and provide an estimated wait time. Zayd, being a young boy, was left waiting without any updates, which caused some confusion and frustration.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but a simple notification would have helped manage expectations and prevent any disruption to his school schedule.

Very helpful doctor who listened and understood my symptoms etc. He is doing his best to sort. the problem and taking the best action
Takes too long to get through all appointments have been taken before you get through to the receptionist then they tell you to call tomorrow or at 12 noon. Then you go through all over again waiting to get through
Can nearly always get an appointment the same day.
Not to bad to get an appointment which I was glad about. Because I was in so much pain
